Mark Hohn
Managing Director
Mark Hohn brings over 30 years of experience in Queensland’s commercial facilities sector. In 2005, he co-founded CMBM Facility Services, building it into one of Queensland’s most respected facilities management businesses, employing over 300 people.
Before CMBM, Mark was State Managing Director at TJS Services Group and ran his own business for a decade. He also served as Queensland Distributor for Panasonic Office Equipment.
Holly Hohn
Sales & Operations
Holly brings over 35 years of experience across real estate, sales and facilities management. After gaining her Real Estate Advanced Certificate and Auctioneers Certificate in 1989, she held senior roles with Bradfield & Prichard, CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle. She was Principal and Licensee of Ray White Circular Quay from 1999 to 2006.
From 2006 to 2026, Holly worked as a CBRE Supervising Cleaner across multiple Queensland sites before joining RobotCobot in 2026.
Guy Williamson
Chief Technology Officer
Guy has an extensive background in technology and IT consulting, having worked as a Technical IT Consultant in London. His experience includes managing technical infrastructure, troubleshooting complex systems and providing specialist technical training and support.
Throughout his career, Guy has worked with businesses on technology integration, technical operations, system security and digital solutions.
Fiona Mackay
Sales & Marketing
Fiona brings valuable experience from her time at Telstra, where she developed strong skills in customer service, communication and working within a large Australian organisation. Her background provides a solid foundation in building customer relationships and supporting business operations.
Now working in Sales and Operations at RobotCobot, Fiona combines her customer-focused approach with organisational and communication skills. She supports the day-to-day operations of the business, assists with sales activities and helps ensure customers receive professional, reliable service and support.
Paul Morgan
Business Development
Paul brings over 25 years of experience in sales, business development and business ownership across Queensland. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Marketing from Bond University. In 2005, he founded Smashing Bottles, building it into Queensland’s leading independent wine wholesaler. He also co-owned The Mute Vintners vineyard in South Australia.
Paul has held business development roles with Bepoz, HSE Pacific and Eastern Plant Hire, working with major clients including Queensland Health, Queensland Parliament, Ipswich City Council and RoadTek. He has experience across hospitality, technology, safety and infrastructure.
Archie Hohn
Robotics Technician
Archie is a Robotics Technician at RobotCobot and holds a Certificate in Landscaping. His qualifications provide a practical understanding of outdoor environments, grounds maintenance and the requirements of landscaping operations.
At RobotCobot, Archie combines his landscaping knowledge with his role in robotics, supporting the use of automated technology in real-world environments. His background in landscaping provides valuable insight into the practical applications of robotic mowing and grounds maintenance solutions, helping bridge the gap between traditional landscaping and modern automation.
Diogo Batista
Robotics Technician
Diogo is a Robotics Technician at RobotCobot and studies robotics at the University of Queensland (UQ). His studies provide a foundation in robotics technology, automated systems and the technical principles behind modern robotic solutions.
At RobotCobot, Diogo applies his technical knowledge to support the installation, setup, operation and maintenance of robotic systems. Combining his university studies with practical industry experience, he contributes to the deployment and ongoing technical support of intelligent robotic solutions across commercial environments.
